On September 23rd and 24th, ABEL’s Software Support Center will be unavailable during certain hours.

So that we can serve you better, the ABEL Software Support Team will be participating in intensive training sessions at the end of this week. This will result in our Software Support Center being unavailable on Friday Sept. 23rd from 3:30 pm EST to 9:00 EST pm and on Saturday Sept. 24th from 7:00 am EST to 3:00 pm EST.

All email and voicemail messages received during these outage periods will be returned as soon as possible, in priority order. Please be aware that return calls may be delayed if we experience higher than expected call volumes.
